THE JOB:
As a B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) position, building relationships with our clients as a trusted consultant is the key to success.
The best candidates for this opportunity are those with some B2B and/or B2C selling experience. As with all sales positions, top-notch communication skills are valuable. A great deal of work can be done by phone. Also, you should be someone who is comfortable working with a computer. We use industry-leading, cutting-edge VIV technology to deliver information and services to customers. And finally, qualified candidates must be willing to do the work of sales: namely, getting on the phone each and every day, pushing past gatekeepers, and initiating meaningful contact with decision-makers and keeping the customer’s needs first.
- Grow Sales: Retain and grow your client base by effectively managing their accounts and ensuring that all clients receive an outstanding service.
- Prospecting: Cultivate prospective client relationships and identify opportunities to expand these relationships by responding to client needs within your territory and network.
- Analysis: Collect client information, analyze and evaluate a client’s situation, and make recommendations to optimize customer’s needs.
Your role as a Pro Consultant with the VIV Pros Team is to build and manage relationships. You don’t have to be an expert. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting, identifying decision-makers, helping them see what we can do for them, and managing the relationship with the client.
Pro Consultants bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings for our commercial and industrial customers, while adding value.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Our in-depth training system will provide you with all the skills you’ll need to become a successful Pro Consultant (and Team Leader, to maximize your potential and income).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hard worker with a strong desire to succeed.
- Have a passion for helping others solve problems.
- Able to set and hold appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
SCHEDULE:
- You Set your own Hours – However, the most successful Consultants work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, 4 to 6 hours per day.
COMPENSATION:
As a Pro Consultant, you can generate great commissions and weekly base pay of up to $5,000 per week, but only if you’re a highly motivated with the discipline to push for success.
- 1099 Position, Independent Contractor.
- Commissions Paid on a Weekly Payroll Cycle.
- All-Commission, Uncapped including Incentives & Bonuses.
- Commissions and Residuals are paid by eWallet weekly that you can transfer to your bank or by available Viv Visa Debit Card.
